The piano belongs to the restaurant.
His name is Donald Gould and the you tube video helped him out. He has recorded some music and got off the streets the last time I heard.. I saw an interview with him once. I believe he is was a Marine and had a nasty drug problem for a long time. Video below shows him a while ago.
