Do the Pathfinder sequential turn signals require a led flasher and does one come with them?

They do require a LED Flasher and it does come with the kit.

If you don't mind spending the money for them it is one of the coolest change outs you can do.
They look incredibly good and looks like it came from the factory like that. It really does up date the bike to a more modern look.
