Am I missing parts??

On my 2016 deluxe I just pulled off the factory backrest to find a good scratch on the handrails under the backrest. I looked at the bottom of the backrest and found only two rubber bumpers but holes for four. Does yours have four rubber bumpers attached to the bottom of the backrest or just two?

My passenger backrest only has two "bumpers" as well.
