I meant brand new because I never sat on it. I bought the bike brand new from the dealer with the Mustang seat installed.

I had the Mustang seat and lowering kits installed to the F6B...As for the DCT you don't have the option for the seat either with Mustang or Ultimate because they are making the same height ....
I don't see it in person yet...However I would bet that is the intention of Corbin when creating this option

I sold the F6B to a friend after 4years ...I miss the smooth and quiet powerful of the F6B.
The DCT is good for work...when you live in big city like Toronto...rush hour traffic is like NY and LA....
Helmet is a major headache , depend on size and bluetooth headset . I bought a trailer to solve the problem :)

My full face helmet with Sena s20 fit in saddle bag of the F6B but won't fit in the box of the 18 DCT ...the Sena has to be detached from the helmet .

I own 14 F6B , 16 Goldwing and 18 DCT at the same time and that is what I felt.
Rightnow in my garage are 16 goldwing, 18 DCT and 18 Indian Chieftain Limited.

The DCT is more powerful than F6B especially when you choose the sport mode

it's funny! I think exactly the same thing...we sold the 2015 F6C last fall , and right now we have 2016 & 2018 GW Tour and 2014 F6B...I compare and wish this and that...lol

After 3000 Km on the tour DCT this is what I feel: the engine is not quiet and smooth as the B, the wind shield help with the buffing on your helmet but not on the side because of smaller fairing....

I have the privileged owning all the late wing model at the same period of time and I like and dislike all of them ...the old full wing was great for long trip but nightmare for downtown rush hour...

No...we was with the 2010 wing with side car. This is brand new 16, purchased in April 17 and somehow it clocked in almost 20K miles . Time for the new set of tires

Yes we love the Wings...we also had the 2014 F6C and just sold it prior purchase the black one last year.

I believe the DCT will help me with Toronto traffic...the F6B is nice for the long ride but Toronto just like LA and NY rush hour traffic, not fun at all.
