i use both Milwaukee Trooper https://www.milwaukeemotorcyclecloth...-boots/trooper and Chippewa Boots http://www.sheplers.com/Chippewa-Mot...-Boots/320.pro
As I can't move my feet, these boots with the zippers and long openings make getting them on and off a breeze

Just went through the process. Had an old pair of Bates Riding Collection waterproof with the side zip. They were just regular boots, nothing special to make them motorcycle boots but......they were great regular boots. Always stayed dry and held up for almost 6 seasons. Actually would have lasted longer but the SO said they look nasty and had to go. So I started due diligence looking for a true motorcycle boot. After two months of research I wound up buying another pair of standard Bates waterproof w/ side zip. Could not find a "motorcycle" boot that I thought was worth it for under $400. So for a hundred bucks I've got me a pair of shiny new Bates.
