    mirror removal question.

Have to replace the mirror surround, right side of the 6 due to it falling into my car. Will pull out the manual if I have to but other than pulling back the rubber weather stripping from the faring and taking a quick look, has anyone had to replace the surround and is it a big thing ? Thanks in advance.

Easy to do, just keep rags covering voids & holes so fasteners don't get dropped into the Twilight Zone(faring) never to be seen again.
