I rode in rain with my Valkyrie and knew to pull the plug underneath to drain it. Is there anything I should monitor or do after riding in the rain with the F6B? Other than washing it?
I rode in rain with my Valkyrie and knew to pull the plug underneath to drain it. Is there anything I should monitor or do after riding in the rain with the F6B? Other than washing it?
Former owner of a 99 Valkyrie for 15 years.
There is a clear drain hose on the left side under the bottom cylinder cap. You can check that for water build up. Here is a pic.
For the record my bike is 2 years old and I have driven in some very heavy rain and never had any water in the tube.
