For the 11oz Firehose jeans to be so abrasive resistant; I am pleased that they do feel cooler in the summertime. Not sure how that is going to work out during the colder months... but there are undergarments which will negate that cooler felt temperature sensation.

Wayne, Duluth has a "No Bull" refund/exchange policy. You can bring those pants back and exchange them for a longer size... doesn't matter if you had them for a year or more...
I just did that a couple of weekends ago with a pair that were too short for me. I had a 30" length and they took them back (used) and gave me a new 32" length.
I also exchanged a 42" belt for a 40" belt. No problem
