    Not happy.

I was at work last night, ( i work security ) when a drunk woman decided to try and sit on my bike. Before i could take half a step towards her she had tipped it over. She landed heavily against the parked car and dented it badly with her shoulder ( i hope it hurts today when she's sober ). Police came as she had run off, but her friends convinced her to return. Luckily there is only minor damage to my bike. The rear crash bar is gouged and scratched and so is my Ergo 2 Highway peg. but they did their job protecting the bike. She WILL be paying for repairs although i think she will try and avoid it. Police have said they will follow up if she doesn't. This woman was 60 years old , well dressed and obviously not struggling for a dollar. It just goes to show that age and wealth doesn't mean intelligence.

A motorcycle cover not only protects from rain but probably would have kept this from happening

Too bad it wasn't her head instead of her shoulder.

That is absolutely sickening to see it layed over on the side like that...for a reason other than service that is.

I hate that some people think they can just touch other peoples motorcycles because they like them.

Hopefully you have no issues getting this idiot to take care of the damages.

Probably wouldn't have affected her birdbrain if she did... better for her shoulder. Like the OP remarked... hopefully it is a pain reminder for her; in the coming days.

Remarking previously about the suggested bike cover... good idea... maybe a realistic looking rattlesnake on the seat will keep people away as well....

I took the cover advice to heart a month ago and spent a paltry 20$CDN (less than 16$US) for a cover. No longer find the following when I get back to my bike:
    • birdsh1t
    • Dust
    • kill switch moved
    • and so on...

thanks to those who recommended this, it really seems it takes a lot more courage to pull off the cover and be stupid than just be stupid
