What does he hope to achieve by replacing the IPG?

    Curious,

Code 19 is the IPG at every site I found, and the Honda Dealer confirmed it.
Code 18 is the CamShaft position sensor.
I kinda hope to achieve an F6B that will start when I hit the start button, Steve.

Anything with tits or a motor will soon give you trouble.

    Just get it fixed.

I have to tear into my DR650 tomorrow myself, the cam cover is seeping oil, Suzuki didn't assemble it properly with gasket sealer (common issue with these bikes).

Got it fixed, IPG fixed me up

My good buddy Bart and his son came this morning and assisted with my repair. We got the Ignition Pulse Generator replaced, and I did the Air Filter while I was in the bike.
So far so good, it busted right off and hopefully I'm good for awhile.

How's that OLD saying go: "If it floats, flies, or fscks, it's cheaper to rent!"
