Greenfield is about 80 miles from that rest area. Just so you can figure for needed fuel.

Ya, looks like about 200 for me. Should be ok on a tank...same as me going to Beacon, NY.

A great day with a good group. Sorry I never did take a picture.

8 Bikes was pretty good for a short notice ride. Thanks for riding along everyone.

    afterglow :)

This is a tired story here, but after sleeping on yesterday's ride, I'm loving this bike more and more. The reliability, smoothness...she just hums along and wants more. I'm surprised when I see a story from someone not happy, but I'm sure it's not perfect for everyone. I'm getting older and recovery isn't quick anymore, but I could do it again right now. This thing called work keeps getting in my way.

See, like I said, tired story....

That gal on the scooter amazes me. People, this lady, and she's a big girl, rode with us yesterday on a 400cc scooter from West Roxbury, MA, just outside of Boston. She did at least the same mileage I did. She has what we used to call "sack". We were in NY state at the furthest point. That thing must have been screaming at times, but she did it....

Wayne, Karen is a good friend that I have been riding with for years and she has over 60,000 miles on that 2005 Majesty and that is not her only bike. She has a Valkyrie Trike with over 100,000 miles but it was in the shop for a clutch job so the scooter came out for this ride.
