Question? Looking for General import and or opinions

This winter I am going to add a trailer to the F6B. The Bushtec Quantum comes to mind easily. But I have access to a one year old Can AM Freedom trailer with very few miles on it for less then half the cost of a Bushtec.

Weight for the Bushtec Quantum varies slightly but essentially 140 lbs
Weight for the Can AM Freedom right about 200 lbs.

I am wondering what your thoughts and opinions are regarding these two options.

    Cool

I have owned the BushTec and they do not come any better. Having said that I do like the Can Am trailer. The one I looked at had an opening in the front of the trailer also. The weight is of no concern. I may like the suspension on the Can Am better ... can't go wrong on price either !
There are some used BushTec's out there. For the price and how much it may or may not be used,,,I'd go with the Can AM.

I too like BushTec. I've owned 2 of them. I've also owned, borrowed, and pulled other brands. Compared to a BushTec, the other brands pull heavy. There really is a reason 10 speed bikes have tall skinny tires ... they roll easier. I believe the CanAm is also larger, however, with my Quantum, it is large enough for us to do a 14,000 mile trip riding two up with camp gear.

I have a 2010 CanAm trailer that I have pulled over 10,000 miles with a BMW K1200LT and F6b. The F6b pulls it like a dream and it hardly affects my gas mileage. I use the Rivco removable hitch, tongue height with the 3" (it's actually 2" but Rivco calls it 3") drawbar is perfect. It doesn't bounce at all, run 36 psi and tire wear is even but barely noticeable. Getting ready to replace the tires next year due to age, but if not for that they look like new.

You can't go wrong with this trailer.

Yep, figured it out. Too bad, we used to be able to do that.
