Cannot display pics

I am unable to display most of the pics members attach to their posts. I tried a couple of different browsers with the same result. Is there a browser or security setting I need to change.

Yeah, there is a pic problem that's been going on for almost a year now (okay about 8 months). Some get around it. The rest of us are just waiting ...
