    What Gives?

Every time I try to come to this site I get redirected to this page; filestore72... I try to go back to my previous site and it tries to put me into a continuous loop. What a PITA!

Use Google or Bing and search filestore72 virus and it will show you how to remove the redirect virus from your computer.

I would also advise for everyone else to "DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK PROVIDED BY THE OP"

First I have heard of it...check your fire wall. There are bad people out there!

Firewall is up and working. Again, I surf all over the net, it only occurs here. I have done a Kaspersky virus check and also did a check with SpyBot. Nothing.

Kaspersky and SpyBot are not 100% perfect. You have that virus and maybe it is keyed to react when something in our address triggers it. Do the search I stated and maybe you can get it off your computer without too much trouble by targeting it directly.

Check your Hosts file and see if there is an entry in it that redirects

Look in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and then open the hosts file with notepad.

Remove the entry if it's there.

One more note. If is was easy to remove like just deleting a file then the two you have would have done it already. Also be careful when you go to any site that claims they can remove it as they might be a corrupted site in itself. I think blogteesupport is one of those. Make a list of offered sites then Bing those names to see what reputation that site has before doing any more downloads.
