I'm taking a ride today too - but on the Harley.
I'm teaching the Basic Rider Course 2 (Updated) tomorrow, and the first exercise has 2 killer weaves that Isleen's long wheelbase doesn't enjoy, even with very slow speed and handlebar "lock-to-lock" steering.
I can do it on Isleen, but not with the precision and consistency I'd like for a proper "demo" for students.
So I am going to practice it on Saorla this afternoon.
With a 4" shorter wheelbase, she should, in general, be more maneuverable than Isleen in tight turns.
Saorla's seat though, puts me more aft, and for tight work, one needs as much weight on the front wheel as possible (look at the bikes that the cops use for their cone trials - very forward seating position).
Even a full Wing has the rider pushed further forward than the F6B.

So, we'll see how it works out.
    Motorcycling is truly serious fun.

    Cheers,
    Steve
