yes you can sign up to this free site..just create a username and password https://imgur.com/Then you can upload your photos to the site
Then you copy and paste the link to the photo onto the forum or site you want
Sign up and then if needed I will post more steps to help you out
I'm no computer geek but if I can do it then you will get through it as well
