It has been a pretty mild winter, but we really need the moisture!! It must have been rain or a mix at your place. All snow at 8500 feet.

Light mix but nothing stuck. Mostly rain all day. Big difference between 8500 n 5000.

When my shoulder blew out, it hurt. VERY BADLY. Not doing that again.

My post surgery advice: get the HOTTEST therapist you can get, because you are NOT going to push yourself for some gender neutral, half baked millennial that resembles the Verizon spokes-dude.

Yep, it hurts enough that I actually want surgery. My personal trainer has had both shoulders done, so he’s been advising me. We are doing pre-surgery routine now to help with good blood circulation, etc. He is a good friend and will be taking me and sitting in on my first post-surgery meeting.
