Didn't come directly from a Goldwing to the F6B but have owned 2 GL1800s in the past. I wasn't looking nor interested in the F6B when I went looking for a new ride but just happened to sit on one at the dealer and well… it just felt right.

New to this site/forum today.
Lots of interesting conversation. Came in to get a feel for bringing the exhaust note up a notch or two, deeper throat, more soul.
I've had several WIngs, starting with the 1200, then a 1500, at the same time I had a 98 Valkyrie "sister" for over 10 years.
I got the Valk with a great exhaust note. The previous owner noted all he did was cut off the "piggies" to produce a rumble and throat that made old ladies turn and smile, and harley guys look around in confusion !
I sold the Valkyrie Tourer due to a back problem and the harder ride. I found later this was a mistake.
Then I sold the 1500 Wing noting I no longer felt the need to be able to pack a weeks worth of luggage to go for a 200 mile ride.
In a moment of foolishness and lost intelligence, I bought a 99 BMW K1200LTC. WHOA.. now this was a true MISTAKE !!
Over-engineered, under powered, top heavy, impossible to work on, parts that would seem they include a round trip ticket to Germany ! All complimented by a design flaw in the final drive. I went thru two rear ends in 5000 miles.
Eight months later I walked into the Honda dealer and .......the F6B and I made eye contact, and my wife has another mistress ! !
So a long answer to your current question is ...YES.
I'll continue to research idea and suggestions here regarding improving the exhaust note to the F6B...
Never liked them, still don't. They feel top heavy, and quite frankly at 74 I'm not old enough for one.
I've had BMW's, BSA's, Triumph's, Yamaha's, Suzuki's, Kawasaki's, Honda's (several), CZ's (look that up), Montesa's back when they made moto-x bikes, scooters and a bunch of Harley's.
This F6B is undoubtedly the best of the bunch.
CB550, CB750 in the eighties, long bikeless spell until 2006 then Valkyries.
Had ridden several 'Wings but never owned one.

Currently still have two Suzuki Burgman's (one 400, one 650) and a Kawasaki Versys 650cc.
Prior to those:
BMW R1200RT
BMW R1150R (great bike)
Yamaha TDM 850 (great bike)
Suzuki VX800 (dog)
Honda 450 Nighthawk (twice)
Honda CL 100
2013 Honda F6B custom orange
2009 Kawasaki Versys aka "Dr Doom"
2009 Suzuki Burgman 650 "Stormtrooper"
2003 Suzuki Burgman 400 "Yoda"
Sure still have an old 77 GL1000 and Vetter Terraplane sidecar that came with it, one day I may even get it running again.

I traded in my 2002 Shadow 750 ACE full dress (my first bike) for my F6b deluxe.
Technically yes. However, the other one is a 1976 GL1000 LTD. and has not ran since I inherited it. So in the spirit of the question I'm more of a cruiser guy who stepped over to a Goldwing. I still have a hard time saying that.
CB 750-4 was the closest thing to a original wing
have owned other cruisers & tour bikes, never liked the rear trunk, 2 story tall tail look...
still don't....
The F6B flipped my switch as soon as i saw one.
