I know a lot you guys have both this and either painted it or had it painted? I am sure there were a bunch of you who posted pictures and what you painted it with before the "crash". Any ideas and thoughts would be appreciated.

I just painted mine with spray plasti dip. I think it looks good, but sorry no pics.

I only wish someone made a small , low-profile tank bag w/ a clear face for maps to fix atop the original lid.
Also,is a nice place for a GPS too.

I painted mine with Krylon Satin Black. I think it looks good. But...if I ever have to repaint it, I think I will do the Plasti-Dip spray next time.
