    All the front strobing in various law enforcement and first responder colors would not do well here.

    Having said that, putting in a switched strobe feature on my white switchback running lights is tempting.....

    Definitely not street legal

    My guess is they are in full parade mode, riding on a parade route, and being guided by authorities.
