    To each thy own. And no not all of my vehicles are taped or glued, it's comical that you think that's what I used to black it out. Spend your dimes anyway you want too.

    I did several layers of Plast-Dip with a clear coat over it. This is more of an experiment to see how long that stuff really lasts. If it holds up which so far it is then I will leave it. If I have any areas where it doesn't last long then I will powder coat those pieces over the winter. I did the brake pedal and that wore off instantly so that's one part I know is going to the coater. The items that get no wear and tear on them like the emblems and reflectors should last the whole season I would think since nothing comes in contact with it.
