We escorted a Pearl Harbor survivor to his 100 birthday party today. Very cool.
I don't know if any of you ride a lot in large groups but I ride a lot in big groups doing PGR or ALR escorts. This bike is unreal on escorts. Not only will it turn on a dime, not only is the throttle so responsive that it's easy to keep in place, but the mirrors!!!! OMG! The mirrors! These mirrors make leading a group or riding in a big group a breeze. So easy to see everything going on behind you.
I love this bike. With all my heart.
The mirrors are excellent. Even backing up they are fantastic to clear the wifeys and sons cars.

Being one of the above(old Trucker) The mirrors is what first caught my attention. Its the first bike I have had that you can accurately back it up using the mirrors. I was so impressed just with that. As I have to pull in my drive and up onto a patio and then back the bike up and put it in the garage without hitting my truck or car and its a piece of cake with the mirrors on this bike.....Not to mention all the rest of the really excellent things about this ride, The Silver bullitt as it has come to be known is the best of the best. Never had anything nicer.
