    Free tuna...

..if you qualify. To be eligible, consumers must have purchased the five-ounce canned tuna between Feb. 19, 2009 and Oct. 31, 2014.

StarKist has settled a class-action lawsuit that alleged the company under-filled some of its five-ounce canned tuna products by several tenths of an ounce. It now must pay back consumers in either cash or tuna.

Consumers can file a claim to receive $25 or $50 of tuna

customers have to go through the settlement website here: https://www.tunalawsuit.com/home.aspx

Thank you! My kids love tuna and we have been buying that brand for years. So, I'm taking $50 of free tuna!

I took the $25. I must have spent literally hundreds of dollars on their tuna during the class period.
