Installing Kisan Headlight Modulators

So I received the revised LED Headlight Modulators from Kisan yesterday. I think they look a lot better, and more like they are actually modulating instead of turning off and back on:

I'm getting "Video can't be played because file is corrupt" messages....

Won't play in Chrome on my Mac Faux.
