They cannot cite you as long as they modulate simultaneously, per DOT.

They look like they are flashing, not modulating. Or at least they look like that to me...

I had people pulling over in front of me all day long today. One F'r in a red mustang actually yelled at me at a red light on the golden mile because of the modulating headlights. Blew him a kiss just before I rode away.

The LED high beams are insanely bright, so I may adjust them a bit low to compensate.

Ya... still can't get (your video's) to play of Firefox... but will check out your new video's on my Ipad Air; once I get to it.

You have taken a great step towards preserving your continued existence; while astride a mighty metal steed, in the midst of all too frequent killer cager traffic.

Low beams.....that means they are on all the time that it is light out, and cannot be secured unless you cap the sensor.

For me, I'd rather have them on the high beams, and be able to secure them as necessary (see my operating rules in previous post) and THEN have them ON and doing their thing when I need it.
I think it's the stealth Marine in me that likes to keep things up my sleeve, rather than my Army counterparts who use lay it all out there from the git go.

    Cheers,
    Steve
