Really enjoyed reading about your long and winding road to riding satisfaction with the B, Dave. As 53driver says, we all have our own stories about how we came to be where we are today -- enjoying the ride on a great bike. Took me waaay to long to get riding; strong family opposition in the early days and then later young kids and no support from wife (the usual story). Ten years ago, when I figured i was too old to get into it, some cops i worked with who were riders gave me the push I needed. Mid-fifties now and have not looked back. Have had so many great riding experiences in the past decade and looking forward to many more down the road. Hope a F6B rally is one of them!
