    Seat Mod 2015 F6B

Several long trips convinced me that I needed a different seat. Specifically one that was taller. I am 6'4" and the standard seating position causes considerable fatigue on my knees. After considering all the aftermarket options, I decided to have the stock seat modified and a new seat cover made. My local dealer recommended an upholstery guy who raised the drivers portion of the seat by 1". The new cover has a carbon fiber look in the drivers section with the remainder of the seat in flat black. In addition I had him do the passengers area without any seams. I'm very happy with the results. The cost was $350.

Really a nice looking seat. Thinking of having mine done to lower it an inch or so for better footing.

    Very nice work!

I had mine upholstered 2 month ago. Paid 400$. Rider part of the seat was made 2 inches higher and almost 2 backwards:
