Make OEM seat more comfortable? On the cheap?

I would love to have this seat, but I'm not a member of costco. Any chance someone could purchase and ship to my home? Surely the shipping is less than the 45 membership fee.

If you have a Costco gift card, you are allowed entrance into the store to use it.
