I have used Mick-O-Pegs on my last three Goldwings and they are without a doubt the most comfortable pegs I've ever tried...and I tried several others.

Just know that the mounting blocks will reduce ground clearance...so if you like to ride sporty through the corners, you may find yourself losing traction on the front wheel if (when) the mounting block drags the pavement...don't ask me how I know (3 times)...

This is the case only when the pegs are mounted to the lower crash bars. You won't have this problem if you choose a model that mounts to the vertical crash bars.

BTW, the Rivco Aero-Pegs are working well for me...maybe not quite as comfortable as my old Mick-O-Pegs, but a lot safer for my style of riding.
