Looks too much like a scooter, but look at the mirror placement I've said it before the mirrors look right at your arms. You have to lift your arms to see behind you.

When on the other forums, everybody gets in a tissy because Honda builds all of these "odd, strange, ugly, futuristic, small size engines" and they go on and on about how they would never be caught dead on one. This is one along with the DN01, some of the scooters and a few others. When the truth is that America makes up a fraction of motorcycle sales when you consider how large Honda has become. Look at the population of the planet and this is considered cool and cutting edge in places like China, India and a lot of other countries that aren't into big engines and classic styling. The marketing for this is directly pointed there.
Remember disco is still big in Europe and David Hassellholf is an entertainment god in some countries. The world does not always think the same as the US.

Do I see an F6B rack on the back in one of the pictures? Also I don't think the intent is to be used as a cruiser alone. I think it's an urban bike aka scooter, that is highway capable when necessary.
Stick a Scott Oiler on that drive train and be done with it I have no issues with chain drive
