Congrats on the new F6! You made a wise move. As you said, the handling is in a completely different league and it's nice not to have your nuts roasted every time you ride in the heat. Plus, you don't have to spend thousands upgrading the motor.

Welcome from a recent "sixer" myself!
Even though I learned the Harley lesson the easy way by watching friends spend so much $$ & taking test rides on their Harleys I still appreciate all the F6B brings to the table. Coming from over 100,000 miles of Valkyrie riding with 15,000 miles of Triumph Rocket 3 under my belt the F6B still surprises me with all it's refinements.
An additional bonus for you is now you can sell all your HD duds & you don't have to dress up like a pirate to ride your "6"!

    Enjoy.

    14,578 and still OTR.

Welcome from Southern California. A bit cooler, but not so much. Can't stay off mine, and just ordered a new set of tires from WingStuff.

I love it that another HD rider is converted!

A lot of Harley coverts here, the end of the word must be near.
Until then, enjoy your new ride.
