How bad are the mosquitoes down there in Franklin, NC? Do we need to bring bug juice with us?

I am leaving @2:00.... dinner tonight @ Longhorn steak house..@ 7:30

I assume all the meetings and such are at the hotel parking lot?

Most people gather around the tent, there is a meeting room upstairs also, and the area around breakfast in the AM
