It's only WEST Virginia where brothers and sisters date. Us idiots in Virgina only date our first cousins.
Back home in NY, dating you have to be second cousins. But their breeding is so refined that we got 2 presidents and a first lady as a result. (see Teddy, Franklin and Eleanor).
Differences between Virgin-ia and West Virginia:
1. In Virginia all the hard core uneducated rednecks allowed themselves to get talked into sticking with the Union. The rest of us went with the lost cause. See how that turned out?
2. The School Mascot for UWV is the Mountaineer; VA Tech has the winner of an ugly turkey contest and UVA is a frigging stupid Cavalier, (whatever that is).
3. Dating practices noted above.
4. Virgin-ia gets more crowded, more educated, less mountainous and richer as you go east or north... WVA is just mountainous and poor.
5. WVA is aLOT prettier than VA.
Funny thing here, I actually really like WV.
