    I installed the 13inch wind bender today, took the gas cover off for the painter , getting the black panel that license plate is mounted on, painted red 201
    USAF retired 1964-1997

    Just for reference, Honda calls that panel the "rear fender".

    Steve's Backrest Riser

    I installed Steve's backrest riser. What a great accessory! I wasn't thrilled with the exposed hex bolts. Ace Hardware had some 1/2 plastic tips that I trimmed to height for a more finished look.

    Looks like a trip to ACE for me today.
    I have been bothered by this look.
    The backrest is a "must have" to make a passenger happy.

    Went to ACE,got the tips and didn't cut them down.
    I just popped them on and called it a day.

    I don't understand. After I got the upturned 16" Clearview sport I found it was too short and Clearview told me they didn't make anything bigger for the F6b.
