1981 Kawasaki KZ 550 - new - March of my senior year in high school after years of "discussions" with my mom about riding motorcycles. It only took me 30 years and 15 bikes later to get mom on e back for a ride - in her late 70s! I made it around the block and into second gear when she tapped out and the ride ended. Number 2 was a 76 Kawi 900, the only bike I regret selling...........

1960' s Rupp mini bike at age 4or 5, I think. Dad was a motorcycle nut too.
Smashed my fingers in a crash and lost the finger nails on my right hand.
    Little did I know...

    first bike

I got Triumph 66 TT special that had no lights from the factory.
This bike was built to run flat track. It was 650cc, it was 1967 and on long Island
it was great to ride islande before all the traffic appeared out on the island.
What a pain that bike was, but I didnot know o care.
Then I started to find the honda 750s later on and the great Yamaha 650s that were
everything that the british wished they would have done.

    1972 Honda CL-175 Scrambler.

BTW, that 1970 CT-70 restored today would be worth more than it was new a few times over. Those little mini-bikes are still out there running strong.
