I had seem him last weekend and past me riding my bicycle on Golfview and lost site of him, however this a.m. I was in my truck around 6:45 a.m. on Golfview and he turned onto Dearman St. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to catch up with him, not sure if its someone on the board?
