Has anyone used this product?
I was wondering if it is any good.
I would love to hear your experiences with this product.
If it were to accidentally get on your paint can it be removed?

plasti-dip tape is a spray on or brush on liquid electrical tape. It is designed to be used in place of electrical tape. The brush on stuff is particularly good for tight spaces where it would be difficult to apply standard electrical tape.

In some cases you may need to drill a hole in the bike to run electrical wires. I was thinking that after you put the part on and tighten everything up you could spray this stuff from the inside to create a water tight seal where the wires go into the bike. Then I thought that if any of the stuff got on the paint it might cause a problem so I thought I'd see if anyone had any experience.

The stuff you found is the brush on version of the same stuff.
Here is a link to a video comparing the 3 types. Unfortunately I have not been able to find out if the stuff can easily be removed from paint without harm.

Here are links for where to buy the brush on and the spray in clear.
It comes in black, red, blue and clear.
