I know I posted a picture here before but now I can't get it to work. I am old and feeble so could someone explain. I can't get photobucket to work for me either.

You have to do it manually right now. paste your img file or image address between the brackets (except there will be no spaces)

I clicked on the link you posted, which took me to your photobucket page and showed me your picture. Then, to the bottom right choice, I clicked on "IMG" box and it said "Copied". I then right
clicked into this reply and hit paste....the format is already included when done like that.
