I installed a fork brace, had nothing to lose but a few bucks. Since the installation i have put about 200 miles on the bike and there is a big difference. The front end is much tighter much less vibration at the bars. The bike seems to handle better at low speeds. Installation took about 15 minuets to complete. Very happy so far.

I installed the Traxxion with guards. Yes slow speed is better but it also seemed to improve handling on any road with groves. Like i stated the front end seems much better, much tighter on bumpy roads. As with anything new, every thing seems better. As time goes on i will have a true idea of it's value.

I did not know Traxxion made a brace.... their fork shocks are superior, I am sure the brace would be as well....

I installed the black Superbrace when they first came out. That was several thousand miles ago and it is great. I had never used a fork brace on any of my previous motorcycles and now I wonder why. Good low speed control and great fork stability during high speed tight cornering.

I had one on my GL1000 and it was stellar!
I went right back when I bought the F6B.

I installed the Blackwing fork brace earlier also. I figure anything to reduce fork flex is a good idea especially when you're pushing it. Of course, I've been fairly desperate in my attempts to figure out how to hang with Big Dawg and Miles in the twisties. So, in light of that, I went down to Big Dawg's place in Savannah and got the Traxxion Dynamics treatment. Oh my goodness, this feels good! We finished our install after dark and I followed Big Dawg on some back roads and he surprised me with a few sharp curves. I probably would have handled it OK except I was being blinded by the shower of sparks he was leaving behind from the titanium peg pucks. Anyway, that's my latest excuse for lagging behind. :icon_redface:

I put the Superbrace on 2 weeks ago. I just finished riding 980 miles most of it in the Hells Canyon area and it made a difference in the high speed corners.
