I picked up a Bike MP3 rack from a member on the forum.
THANK YOU KEN!

I am wondering if any of you used a spacer kit when you installed yours? I looked on wingstuff and ordered the one they offer, but after receiving it noted it's not for the F6B.
What did you guys do?

My MP3 bike rack came with the required spacers. They are hard plastic.

You might be able to get some at ACE hardware.

Hey WillTill, Are those spacers all the same length? or are the ones up next to the backrest shorter then the ones towards the rear of the bike?
Could I use a piece of PVC pipe and cut it down or is that too primitive? Just thinking, but that would look a little ugly.

Yes, the spacers closest to the baxkrest are shorter than the ones to the rear. And they are made from a thick, hard plastic. I'll try to measure them for you later this morning.

The diameter of both spacers is 5/8"

Here are the other metrics:

Lowes has the spacers you need cheap, may have to paint them black.

Yep, saw them this morning at Lowes. They had the chrome plated ones and black plastic spacers. They had the 1/2" for sure, not so sure about the 1 1/8" length but did have the 1" length. I made a back rest extension a few months ago and sprayed it with black Flex Seal. That stuff is hard to scrape off with a utility knife. You might give that stuff a try to make 'em black since they won't get any abuse under the rack.

You guys are awesome!! Thank you. BUT... What do I ask for when I go to lowes? SPACERS? or do they have another name at Lowes? Thank you WillTill for taking a picture and showing me the measurements. Love it. Thank you!!!!
Will head to Lowes later today

Go to the Hardware aisle area for the nuts, bolts, machine screws, etc. Several sections of drawers down the aisle will be the drawer for spacers. I'd get the chrome ones and spray 'em with Flex Seal. They come out with a dull black hard-as-hell finish. If they don't have the 1 1/8" length, get the 1" and rack will only be off in the back 1/8". Happy hunting. Here's a link.................

Found these at Home Depot site. They have 5/16 x 1/2" and 5/16 x 1" spacers as shown in the link. Your bolts just might fit through those holes in the spacers.
