I have been searching and reading and think the Sena SM10 is all I need but thought I would get a bit of info from those that know.

Everything has worked for the last two years just fine when wired to the bike through the single wire from the Helmet to the 5pin connector, but I have received a Bluetooth Helmet with a Sena SMH10R already installed and need to add a transmitter to the bike.

I have a Flash drive in the saddle bag and an XM hooked to the 2nd AUX for music, but I also have a handheld CB stuffed in the left saddle bag that is tied into the intercom system. I can only listen which is fine and all I need. I do NOT need to talk on the CB (in fact I don't even have a mic in the Helmet just speakers) but I need to hear the Intercom to listen to the CB.

My question is will the Sena SM10 handle this?? or do I need the Freewire for another $115.00

Your idea looks like a better option for the money.

Did you use a 5pin to 3.5 adapter like this

That is the correct adapter to use.
Next the Sena sm 10 is great if you are going to add a GPS that has a 3.5 cord out you can plug that in to sena sm10 and it will over ride your music for directions.
Plus you can blue tooth it to two helmets so your rider, if they have a Bluetooth devise can listen to the music also. Also you will be able to answer
two phones one for you one for her on separate helmets.
The only addition that the freewire gives you is the ability to use your CB if you have one coming through your 5 pin din cable.

Thank you both for helpful info. Going wireless may not be as expensive as I thought.
