Can I get a good recommendation for a Bluetooth headset? I think I have a good transmitter. I ordered the Sean 10uPad but I couldn't make it fit in my XXXL size helmet. Looking for an alternative.

Think you will find quite a few of uIs use Sena 10s and Sena 20s.
I use a Sena 20s and have found it works well

How is the volume and will it connect to at least two devices?

:agree: I use 20S EVO. Volume is good and no problem on multiple devices.

UClear fan myself. Did a lot of research, good value, no issues with rain.
