I just installed Pathfinder LED’s from SoCal, low and high beams as well as LED swithback turn signals. What a difference it makes with the LED’s vs stock bulbs. I would like to install driving/fog lights. Any recommendations?

I also added the Solcal LED Driving/Daytime Running Lights.

Nice job! Time involved? That's my next project.

It took about 2 hours. The low beams and turn signals were very easy. The bright lights were a bit more work. Great YouTube videos to watch on how to do the install.

I've seen those before.....but they're usually IN FRONT of me!

Are you stating you have better visibility due to a better light pattern that illuminates more width and depth or are you referring to the white color is more to your liking?

I only went for a short night ride and the lighting was great, the stock lights are good but the led's are better.
I feel sorry for the guy driving towards me because the low beams are blinding.

you will also see the cars directly in front of you start to pull over because the leds are blinding them through the rear view mirror.

Are you sure you want to blind the guy driving a 2 1/2 ton of metal right in your direction?

At least they won't be able to say they couldn't see him.

There are a lot of new trucks and cars with very bright lights and I have to look away.
I do think they are too bright since I took my night ride I aimed the lights down as low as possible. I haven't tried them since.
I ussally don't drive at night. But since I live in the country they do light up the road.

My switchbacks and driving lights are a nice white Color. I added LED bulbs but they're a yellow tint like the originals. They are Pathfinder LEDs. Did I order the wrong ones?? Do they come in different colors?

What makes them better than these below at a fraction of their price?

No clue. Those weren't available when I did mine - 3 years and over 65,00 miles ago.

A friend has leds on his Wing and they are bright but only when you are directly in front of him and when he's behind me it looks like only one light is on.
I think the Pathfinder's are more spread out.

I would tend to think the design from SoCal is meant for our Wings vs being generic. I bought a similar set for my 2000 Dodge Ram and while they're a massive improvement over stock I've had to set them twice and I still don't have them orientated correctly so my high beams work right. Although for the price they're probably worth a look and then upgrade to SoCal if you like the output.

Would you like to share? The thing slowing me down most about upgrading is the high beam install. I have had the front apart more than I would like.

It's easy just remove the glovebox covers on the left and the other cover on the right and you can get to the hi beams very easy.

The left is just as you said. However, I have a deluxe and there is a big metal device on the right. I'm assuming it is the cruise control module. I don't know how easy it would be to move.

That’s how I installed my hi-beams.

How do you remove the cover on the right? I know it comes off but I've been leery of prying on it to much.

Remove the trim strip, then there are two screws

I just added the SoCal LED Driving/Daytime Running Lights. They are pretty nice. They work with the turn signals. The outer daytime running light changes to amber when activating the signal.
