With our trip to Colorado this year would like to take some pictures and movies
on the way.
Other that the same old Gopros that are out there what kind of cameras
have you all found to use for these kind of trips?

If you're not mounting it to the bike, all we carry is our phones. I used to carry a small Canon digital and liked the ability to zoom but it's just another item that needs charged and can get lost or broke.

I have a little digital camera that uses aa batteries. no need to charge, and it has a movie mode, and external SD card 32 gig works good. Battery's are replaceable anywhere

Sena lipstick cam. Inexpensive... not horrible video... rechargeable... a couple mounting options.

I am going with the sena lite. other cams are ok but if you want to have sound and record your voice over the video, then sena seems to be the cheapest option.

Don't know if you saw my post but this camera works great for me https://sykik.com/collections/sykik-rider at the time I went with the x21f but they have updated it. Fast delivery and great customer service.

Found myself a good one for about 70 bucks with mounts and a remote.
Also got a Gopro that was on clearance for 149 and no tax or shipping.
