A member of this form was nice enough to let me use his designed to create this custom luggage rack. After some finish work, welding and powder coating it is all done and mounted on the bike.

That looks nice. I esp like that it has many places to hook bungee cords.

I'd be second in line.

Saw this on facebook a few weeks ago and was told the guy who came up with it is not going to make anymore of them.:icon_frown:

Hope he changes his mind OR he doesn't get mad if somebody copies his design and puts some out there for sale.

I’m the one that posted the picture on Facebook. The person that designed this didn’t have time to make any additional ones. He was kind enough to allow me to have one made. It’s a lot of work to find the right spacers, bolts, welding and powder coating.

Friend of mine bought my OEM rack. I have the MP3 rack. He had no spacers or bolts. Took mine off, measured the spacers and bolts. 10 minutes at Home depot, had black metric bolts, and a small black tube, same diameter as my spacers. Took to his place, cut the tube to lengths of the spacers, and mounted his rack. All fit perfect, for less than $10.
