It was 2100 miles and loved every one of them.
The bike surprised me from Garden City Kansas to Cortez I went 202 miles
on 3.8 gallons of gas. Kept thinking my gauge was going crazy.

I will be in tomorrow. From Oklahoma by way of Riverside CA. Spending the night in Flagstaff in a teepee. Probably could have gotten there today but no rush. Google says 4 hours so I should be there early.

The higher elevations do that to the gas mileage. I usually get 45-53mpg here in Colorado. Not much interstate running as I like the backroads, but I am a little heavy on the throttle sometimes.

That's awesome compared to me. Lol. Like , I said Inprevious post 42 is what I roll here in Denver and in the hills not even close.....see ya tomorrow night in Cortez. Leaving Denver at 7 am. Breakfast in FairPlay stop in poncha springs at poncha hotel, then beer in saguache, south fork, pagosa, Durango and then the big party at the super 8.
