Bohn Armor all season shirt?

Anyone have one? About $160 and thinking of purchasing one to wear in the warm weather and like the idea I can wear it under a regular jacket for those times when it gets a little chilly.

I have the mesh jacket I don't wear it much but it's nice to have.
For cold rides I just bought a "Warm R" under jacket from Cycle Gear for $60, no rides with it yet but it does feel warm on walks.
