It looks like I'll be in Vegas in early March.
I'd like to rent a bike and spend a day riding the hills outside of town.
Anyone have recommendations on a good bike rental company?

Thanks.

Flew out to Vegas, caught shuttle to Casino Hotel, Eagle Rider picked us up there and took us to their facility, we rode for three days and they took us back to hotel.
Just make reservations ahead and it's real easy. Call from Hotel when you need ride, they also have helmets you can use if you don't want to pack one. Very easy to work with and great service, also have some loop rides of different lengths mapped out.

I can attest to Eaglerider. I have used them in Vegas 6 times. When we first went out they had Goldwings and even 1 F6B to rent, then we rented Indians. Since then they have teamed up with HD In Vegas, Eaglerider has another rental location that rents BMW's. I have found the cost of renting a bike is much cheaper than sitting at a Blackjack table all day.

I rented a GL1800 there back in March 2005 or so. Worked out great. That was after a winter with record-setting rain and the wildflowers in Death Valley were the best in 95 years — lots of old seed finally got rain and it was magnificent. Rode Vegas to Pahrump to Jubilee Pass to Death Valley to Badwater to Furnace Creek to Badwater Overlook (Dante’s View) to Ubehebe Crater to Racetrack Valley to Panamint area (backside of Telescope Peak) to Scotty’s Castle to Beatty to Vegas. 500+ miles. Awesome day. Rode it alone, thus could set my own route, speed, stops, etc. A friend of a friend on the gathering wanted to rents a H-D and do the trip with me, but too many unknowns to do that. Sometimes doing your own thing is the best, and this was definitely one of those special days.

I had previously been on trips with friends to Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, Red Canyon, Mt Charleston, Rt 66 to Oatman, and Laughlin, so this was the Death Valley wildflower run.

Lots of good riding in the Spring out of Vegas!!!!
