Hey guys, many of you might not be interested in this sort of thing, but for those that are, I recently sang and recorded O Holy Night in the original French(or this Texan's version of it anyway). I put the translation in the description below the video. I work in the hospitality industry and recorded it in the parking garage after work one night. Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

Your quite talented, Verisimo! Sounds great, and Merry Christmas to you, too! Good thing I know the words, because I don't speak French.

Lol, thanks, Jm21! But anyone who does speak it will be able to tell pretty quickly from the words I screwed up that I'm not exactly proficient, either, lol. But I'm working on it.

Great voice, Jason. Also listened to your other 2 vids. My mother, from Marlin, Tx, went to Baylor on a voice scholarship and almost ended up at the Met in New York but joined the Womens Army Corp when WWII started, met my dad while getting his wings in the Navy, got married and settled down here in Dallas after the war. She never quit singing to her dying day. Opera LP's blasted throughout the house daily and I have every one of those records in my LP collection. Keep those vocal chords going.

Bravo.

Well thank ya very much, Ewreck. By the way, are you still using and liking the Mad5tad or did you end up going with something else?

Thank you, Walrcrow. And thanks for sharing that. I would've never imagined it and it's a pretty amazing story.

Interestingly enough, your mother and I share the same alma mater, although I barely have a right to call it that. I made a living singing country music in bars and casinos for about 5 years before I decided to study music in school. Started community college in Waco, and transferred into Baylor on scholarship. I only stayed a year for several reasons, not the least of which is I was a crap student. But I've stuck with it, and am trying to make the best stuff I can, before I can't anymore, so I appreciate the encouragement.

You’re welcome. I am a do like it very much. My bike is pretty much dialed in. Was contemplating pipes and Heli bars but probably gonna leave it alone.

Lmao, good stuff, Cali261, I'm going to have to go get on the B and take in some scenery just to see if I can get rid of that image now that it's burned into my retinas, lol.
