F6B Various Items for Free

Finally parting with items left over from 2016 F6B, best bike I have ever rode (so far). An accident over year ago, ins. totaled bike so at this stage I am looking at a Can Am (do I hear some sighs??). But, if anyone will pay the shipping from Mt Juliet, TN zip 37122 I will pass these along. Includes (pics attached): Owners manual (not included), K&M oil filter, antenna, 'Honda' badges, brake pedal, brake peg, fork cover, EZ lift insert (do not have center stand attachment), etc.

What's the EZ lift insert? (EDIT: I think it's the large piece with the paddle on the end.) Also, what are the items from Whitewall Choppers?

For the filter, antenna, the "wing" decals, I'd pay shipping and $5 an item. No reason to not get paid a little for your trouble.
